Communicate professionally with agents via phone and email to gather required information and resolve application questions. Accurately enter, update, and maintain application data in company systems with a high level of attention to detail. Review applications for completeness and follow up on missing or incomplete information to ensure timely processing. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive customer and business information at all times. Provide high-level customer service and support to agents while maintaining professional telephone etiquette. Prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines and ensure an efficient workflow of insurance applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent active listening abilities. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and accurate data entry capability. Proficiency with basic computer systems, email, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Previous customer service, administrative, data entry, or office support experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
