Leadpoint Business Services | Workforce Coordinator - Administrative Assistant This full‑time position is in‑office only, bilingual in Spanish, located in Dallas, TX. Job responsibilities include customer communication, hiring/recruitment, human‑resources functions, performance management, and payroll. The role supports the site management team and requires a competent, resourceful individual. Compensation: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour. Schedule: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, occasional weekend work and overtime required.
