Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated CNA to provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will ensure the comfort and safety of residents while adhering to healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Document patient status and report any changes to healthcare staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Follow all facility protocols and safety procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver optimal patient care.
  Qualifications:
• Valid CNA certification and current license.
• Proven experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to comply with infection control and safety policies.
• Physical ability to perform patient care tasks and mobility assistance.
