Marketing Coordinator

Marketing CoordinatorSupports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives that promote City's products, services, and brand. Coordinates marketing projects, collaborates with internal departments and external vendors, administers the Bank's purchasing system, and monitors campaign performance to help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with Bank standards.What You'll DoCoordinate multiple marketing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality expectations are metCollaborate with internal departments and Marketing team members to develop project plans, schedules, and implementation strategiesCoordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including print, digital, direct mail, signage, promotional items, and other collateralManage relationships with external vendors by obtaining quotes, coordinating production schedules, monitoring project progress, and ensuring quality and budget expectations are achievedAdminister the Bank's purchasing system, including purchase orders, vendor coordination, purchasing records, and designated office supply inventoryTrack marketing campaign performance and assist in identifying trends and opportunities for improvementMaintain marketing calendars, project schedules, vendor files, purchasing records, invoices, and other department documentationAssist with departmental budget tracking by monitoring project expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor paymentsEnsure marketing activities comply with Bank policies, brand standards, and established proceduresSupport the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department and other projects as assignedWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field preferredOne to three years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, purchasing, or a related field preferredExperience coordinating multiple projects and working with external vendors preferredStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to prioritize competing projects and consistently meet deadlinesAbility to analyze campaign performance and identify meaningful trendsProficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn marketing, purchasing, project management, and reporting systemsHow You'll SucceedDeliver organized, accurate, and timely support for marketing initiatives and department projectsBuild strong working relationships with internal partners, vendors, and external service providersManage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlinesExercise sound judgment when coordinating projects, purchasing activities, and vendor relationshipsBe a proactive learner—take initiative to build your knowledge, skills and confidenceDeliver reliable, responsive internal support to bank partnersWork EnvironmentOffice-based role in a professional, collaborative settingFrequent interaction with internal departments, vendors, and external partnersFast-paced environment with multiple projects, priorities, and deadlinesAccommodations available to support individual needsWhy We Think You'll Like It HereHealthy cultureOpportunities for professional growthCommunity-focusedCity National Bank is nationally recognized for customer service and financial performance, with a focus on supporting its local communities.City National Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
