As a Logistics Specialist - Dispensing, you will play a critical role in supporting the manufacture of therapeutic proteins by ensuring raw materials are accurately dispensed, documented, and delivered in compliance with cGMP standards.This is an excellent opportunity to build experience within a GMP manufacturing environment, develop technical skills, and contribute directly to the production of life-changing therapies. You'll gain exposure to advanced manufacturing processes while working closely with Manufacturing and Logistics teams to ensure materials are available when needed.Shift: Rotating 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) on an alternating 2-2-3 schedule.What You Will GetAn agile career and dynamic working cultureHands-on experience supporting therapeutic protein manufacturingOpportunities to develop GMP, aseptic processing, and cleanroom experienceExposure to industry-leading manufacturing systems and technologiesA collaborative and team-focused environmentMedical, dental, and vision insuranceOpportunities to grow and develop your careerWhat You Will DoDispense liquid and powder raw materials, including hazardous and non-hazardous materials, acids, and bases under cGMP conditionsExecute dispensing processes, process recipes, and material handling activities to support manufacturing operationsPerform basic laboratory tasks including pH testing, conductivity testing, and sampling activities as requiredComplete documentation and electronic records in accordance with cGMP and GDP requirementsPrepare materials for transport and delivery to manufacturing suites while performing material transactions within software systemsPerform equipment cleaning, sanitization, and qualification activities while adhering to SOPs and safety requirementsParticipate in safety inspections, shift meetings, training activities, and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We Are Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience in manufacturing, logistics, laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotech, or related environments preferredAbility to learn and follow cGMP requirements, SOPs, and detailed work instructionsComfortable working in a Grade C cleanroom environment while gowned and wearing required PPEStrong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and complianceAbility to utilize SAP and other manufacturing software applicationsTeam-oriented individual with strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skillsAbout LonzaAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
