This full-time role is designed for individuals who possess the necessary licenses—specifically LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT—and who are passionate about delivering culturally competent mental health care. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health evaluations to understand the individual experiences of patients and formulate suitable treatment plans tailored to their needs.

  • Apply evidence-based therapeutic interventions, customizing your approach to suit the cultural and personal backgrounds of each patient.

  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, emphasizing mental health improvement, resilience-building, and coping strategies through a culturally informed lens.

  • Collaboratively work with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary professionals to create and deliver comprehensive care plans, ensuring seamless support for all patients.

  • Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, therapy options, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge and skills.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
