Financial Analyst

Overview We are seeking a dependable and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. This role focuses on the repair, maintenance, and inspection of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including forced air products, boilers, and air handlers. The technician will travel locally to client sites, ensuring building systems operate efficiently and safely while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Repair and maintain forced air products, boilers, and air handlers Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation Inspect equipment and building systems to identify issues or potential failures Perform routine maintenance on facility systems to minimize downtime Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve HVAC and light electrical issues Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and recommendations for system improvements Safely operate hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance Demonstrate strong time management skills to complete daily assignments efficiently Work outdoors and on rooftops as needed Travel locally to customer sites (company vehicle provided if/as needed) Overtime opportunities available; must be willing to respond for rare emergency shutdowns on a rotating on-call basis #J-18808-Ljbffr Phoenix Investors
