Shifts: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, every other weekend required


Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated ER Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Auburn, NY. This is a 13-week contract, focusing on emergency care in a dynamic environment. Nurses will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients, using strong critical-thinking skills and adapting to available resources.

Key Responsibilities of the ER Registered Nurse (RN)

• Interpret and manage heart rhythm changes (dysrhythmias)
• Care for critically ill patients with multi-organ issues
• Administer blood products
• Manage central lines
• Start and maintain IVs
• Administer IV sedation and vasopressors
• Care for stroke (CVA) and ventilated patients
• Manage BiPAP/CPAP and interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs)
• Follow isolation precautions
• Perform triage

Requirements of the ER Registered Nurse (RN)

• Active state nursing license required (NY or compact)
• Minimum 1.5 years of nursing experience
• 2 years of recent ER experience required
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS certifications required
