The Bridge
The Bridge seeks a Clinical Coordinator to support residents in Bridge housing across the Bronx and Manhattan. You will assess clinical needs, provide direct support or referrals, and coordinate care with staff and partners. With a Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling, you will guide housing teams, document services in the agency EHR, and promote health, safety, and recovery for residents. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Bridge
