Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community Based Therapists to join our growing New York team! Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS' policies. NFS Home and Community Based Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client's home to treat a youth's behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths!

Compensation:

• Full Time Rates: Starting at $75,000- $90,000 plus per year

Premiums paid for:

• Non-English language capacity
• Experience
• Select clinical specialties

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required
• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
• Valid driver's license
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish is required
• Access to secure internet required.
