We are passionately committed to providing exceptional, local care to our friends, families, neighbors, and communities at large.*Mission*: To work together to serve the needs of our patients and community.*Vision*: A community where all can achieve optimal health.*Values*: Kindness, Collaboration, Patient & Family-Centered, Safety, Excellence, Efficiency, and Professionalism.**What You’ll Do:*** Greet visitors and/or patients, determine their needs, check appointments and direct or escort patient to proper person, office, or department for services required.* Answer questions and give information directly to persons on the telephone based on knowledge of the hospital or department operations and regulations.* Provide non-medical information regarding patients within the limits of the Hospital Confidentiality policy* Register and admit patients to emergency room, x-ray, laboratory, physical therapy, cardiopulmonary services, and other services provided by the hospital* Verify demographic information and any other pertinent information with the patient. Verify and record insurance eligibility through Meditech. Obtain required signatures on consent and other forms.
