Provide expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of labor law matters, including compliance with labor laws and regulations, labor relations, and labor contracts. Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues related to labor law, and prepare detailed legal reports and memoranda. Draft, review, and negotiate labor contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals in the firm to ensure delivery of high‑quality legal services to clients. Keep up to date with the latest developments in labor law and adapt legal strategies accordingly. Conduct legal training and workshops for clients on labor law matters. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a labor attorney, specifically dealing with matters related to collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, and union‑related issues. Proven track record of representing clients in labor disputes and collective bargaining negotiations. Excellent research, analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and other legal professionals. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in legal research software and other legal technologies.
