Senior Helpers

Senior Caregiver Opportunity

Are you a dedicated caregiver who is tired of the gig-economy grind? If you are a professional who takes pride in your craft and wants to work for an organization that values your expertise, professional development, and long-term career growth, then join Senior Helpers of Keller.

We provide elite, industry-recognized training in Senior GEMS (dementia care) and our specialized Parkinson's Care Program. Elevate your skills and become a specialist in high-demand areas of senior care.

We offer pay commensurate with your experience and certifications, backed by the stability of a professional W-2 employerno contract work, no uncertainty.

We believe that for you to take care of others, you must be taken care of. You will have a responsive office team that provides the tools, PPE, and clear communication you need to succeed.

We offer flexible scheduling to fit your life, team support, and the deep satisfaction of knowing you are making a measurable impact in your community.

You are the eyes and ears for our clients. You will provide non-medical care including companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and ADL assistance (bathing, dressing, toileting) with dignity and respect.

Maintain detailed care logs, report client changes to the office immediately, and ensure your services remain in full compliance with HIPAA and electronic visit verification (EVV) standards.

Work closely with the office staff to provide the "Senior Care, Only Better" experience. You'll be the person the family relies on for peace of mind.

Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to engage in recreational activities, conversations, and tasks that improve our clients' quality of life.

You've spent time in home care, assisted living, or nursing, and you know that your work is a craft, not just a series of tasks. You are looking for a place where your skills are honed, your voice is heard, and your professional growth is a priority.

You are comfortable using digital tools to manage your schedule and care documentation. You see technology as a way to spend more time focusing on your clients and less time on administrative friction.

You take immense pride in the quality of your work. You follow a care plan with precision while maintaining the independence to make compassionate, real-time decisions that make a client's day brighter.

You value your own reputation for excellence. Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and pre-employment screenings. A valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance are required.

We are an independently owned and operated franchisee of Senior Helpers. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for our clients, their families, and our employees. We are launching with a vision for long-term excellence, professionalized care, and a deep commitment to our local communities in Keller and beyond.

Apply today to secure your place in a growing team that is setting a new standard for home care in Texas.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, and local laws.
