Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations
- Drive guest service, sales, and profitability
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure food quality, safety, and brand standards
- Create a positive, inclusive work environment
Qualifications
- 1+ year restaurant management experience (QSR or high-volume preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Guest-focused and team-oriented
