Today, it provides laundry services to more than 160 hotels (55,000 rooms) by emphasizing four guiding principles: quality, reliability, cost reduction, and customized serviceCrown Linen is experiencing rapid growth, and we are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Multi Site Plant Manager to join our team.GENERAL PURPOSEUnder the direction of the General Manager or Operation Manager, this position is responsible for all aspects of the Production department, plant safety, and maintaining an outstanding workforce.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for producing reports for Weekly Operating Report, Key Indicators, Payroll and Human ResourcesPlanning, directing, and coordinating services in compliance with company goals and objectives.Daily/Weekly/monthly workforce forecasting to meet budgetary/volume/customer needsEstablishing and controlling conditions of production/service to satisfy customer and quality and production specifications.Directing the shift managers in the provision and execution of operating strategies and plans.Organizing and directing workflow for satisfying production/service requirements in a cost-efficient manner.Developing and motivating cost-effective alternatives and improvements to the production process.Maintaining employee safety and morale by creating safe working and efficient working environmentsMaximizing the efficiency of production lines and ensuring effective employment utilizationPresenting data and solutions to customers, both internal and external.Ensure that, as the company grows, processing capabilities meet or exceed all industry and customer requirements for cost, quality, and responsiveness.Execute a continuous improvement approach to ensure year-over-year productivity improvements are realized.Be responsible for setting goals and objectives for direct reports to ensure company objectives are met.Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.QUALIFICATIONSBS/BA in Management or equivalent work experience; minimum 5 years operations/management experience - preferably laundry operations with large-scale plants in management or commercial field.High-level leadership and decision-making skillsAble to motivate, influence, and train peopleAble to interact with all levels within the organization.Bilingual skills a plus (English/Spanish).Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in verbal and written formats.Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.Ability to exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.Ability to use knowledge of the working environment to meet established goals and objectives.Proficient in the use of Windows-based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to be able to be insured under the company’s insurance policy.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Crown-Linen,-LL
