Hospital Pharmacist
Location: Naples, FL
Pay: $53–$69 per hour, based on experience
Position: Full-time, hospital-based
Experience: Minimum one year of relevant pharmacist experience
License: Active Florida pharmacist license
Responsibilities:
Review medication orders for accuracy, safety, and therapeutic appropriateness
Evaluate patient medication profiles for interactions, allergies, and duplicate therapies
Collaborate with physicians and nurses on medication-related questions
Support safe medication preparation, dispensing, and pharmacy operations
Supervise pharmacy technicians and maintain required documentation
Additional Requirements:
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with the healthcare team
