Are You the Technician Who Gets the Tough Jobs?

If diagnostics, electrical work, and solving the repairs other technicians can't are where you do your best work, Highway Tire & Auto is looking for an experienced A-Level Technician.

You'll have guaranteed base pay plus production bonuses , consistent workflow, an air-conditioned shop, and the equipment and support to produce at a high level.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, and performance concerns
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs
• Complete complex repairs independently
• Work with Service Advisors and parts staff to keep jobs moving
• Mentor developing technicians when needed
• Complete accurate, quality repairs while maintaining productivity

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of current or recent professional automotive repair experience
• A-Level diagnostic and repair ability
• Strong electrical and drivability troubleshooting skills
• Ability to diagnose and complete complex repairs independently
• Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Ford, or Chevrolet experience preferred
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Team-focused, professional approach

You'll work on a mix of approximately 40% European, 40% Domestic, and 20% Asian vehicles with access to Autel and TOPDON diagnostic equipment, Tekmetric, and Digital Vehicle Inspections.

The shop also provides experienced Service Advisor support and ongoing technical development to help technicians stay focused on diagnosing, repairing, and producing.
