Supply Chain Manager

Essential Functions

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, sourcing, inventory management, supplier performance, and overall supply chain operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This leadership role will be responsible for driving cost savings, optimizing inventory and SIOP processes, managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of procurement and supply chain leadership experience, strong expertise in sourcing, supplier development, inventory optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement. Aerospace or aviation industry experience is highly preferred, along with the ability to lead teams, drive operational excellence, and support strategic business objectives within a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree required, preferably in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years’ manufacturing experience in shipping or materials management within a fast-paced environment.

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.

Experience with warehouse management systems, SAP and inventory software.

Must have strong process skills for standardization, continuous improvement and program management.

Strong analytical skills and working with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.
