looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst / Application Developer who has strong experience working with complex Excel-based tools, calculators, and business processes and converting them into user-friendly applications or automated solutions .

The ideal candidate will be comfortable understanding complex business requirements, analyzing existing Excel tools and formulas, identifying opportunities for automation, and developing or supporting applications that make these processes easier and more efficient for end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex Excel spreadsheets, calculators, models, and business tools to understand existing processes and logic.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Convert Excel-based tools and manual processes into user-friendly applications or automated solutions .
• Develop, enhance, and maintain business applications and automation solutions.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Translate complex business rules and calculations into application functionality.
• Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective technical solutions.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and validation of applications and automated processes.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with development, business, and technical teams throughout the application development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong Business Systems Analysis experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, calculations, and spreadsheet-based tools.
• Experience converting Excel-based calculators/tools into applications or automated solutions .
• Application development or software development experience.
• Strong understanding of business requirements and process analysis.
• Experience with automation and workflow improvement .
• Ability to understand complex business logic and translate it into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working directly with business users/stakeholders.
