Responsibilities Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using fun and engaging characters to make learning enjoyable. Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions. Qualifications Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children. Have at least one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required). Hold an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related degree (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required). Compensation $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
