What You’ll Do
Help customers through the full sales process by offering top-notch customer service.
Communicate clearly to assist our diverse customer base.
Build strong relationships with returning and referral customers.
Stay knowledgeable about our used car inventory, features, and programs.
Work closely with your teammates to create a smooth, supportive, and energetic sales environment.
Follow up with leads, manage your pipeline, and maximize every opportunity.

What We’re Looking For
Bilingual in Spanish & English is a bonus!
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Motivated by financial success — loves the idea of unlimited commission.
Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with customers.
Works well as part of a team and contributes to a great dealership culture.
Prior sales experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
