Mongolian Grill Team Member
At FiRE+iCE, the grill is the heart of our concept. Nowhere in the restaurant does our Mission Statement come to life more than at our unique custom-made Mongolian Grill. Our Grill Team's responsibility, first and foremost, is to provide each guest with a delicious meal. It is also the Grill Team's responsibility to create a culinary stage by directly engaging each guest and providing lively entertainment to create a fun atmosphere.
Service Excellence
- Engage with guests and guide them to the appropriate spot at the grill.
- Acknowledge guests verbally, comment on their food choices, and check for special dietary requests.
- Cook meals within an 8-minute guideline, ensuring no cross-contamination.
- Return the meal to guests with a pleasant send-off and clean the counter immediately after.
Guest Interaction & Entertainment
- Welcome each guest with a friendly and energetic greeting.
- Provide lively entertainment such as spatula juggling, popping food, singing, initiating the wave, performing FiRE shows, and celebrating special occasions like birthdays.
- Ensure a clean and organized grill area, maintaining proper hygiene and presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to entertain guests and maintain high energy levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
