At FiRE+iCE, the grill is the heart of our concept. Nowhere in the restaurant does our Mission Statement come to life more than at our unique custom-made Mongolian Grill. Our Grill Team's responsibility, first and foremost, is to provide each guest with a delicious meal. It is also the Grill Team's responsibility to create a culinary stage by directly engaging each guest and providing lively entertainment to create a fun atmosphere.

Service Excellence

• Engage with guests and guide them to the appropriate spot at the grill.
• Acknowledge guests verbally, comment on their food choices, and check for special dietary requests.
• Cook meals within an 8-minute guideline, ensuring no cross-contamination.
• Return the meal to guests with a pleasant send-off and clean the counter immediately after.

Guest Interaction & Entertainment

• Welcome each guest with a friendly and energetic greeting.
• Provide lively entertainment such as spatula juggling, popping food, singing, initiating the wave, performing FiRE shows, and celebrating special occasions like birthdays.
• Ensure a clean and organized grill area, maintaining proper hygiene and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to entertain guests and maintain high energy levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
