Our client is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager with roll forming or metal forming experience to take ownership of equipment performance, lead a skilled team, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is more than a maintenance role—you’ll be a key leader, reporting directly to the President/CEO , with the opportunity to influence operations, improve processes, and make a lasting impact on the business.
