Job Description

Join our dynamic assembly department where you will be responsible for putting together small electronic parts for various units. This role involves reading from work orders and using hand and power tools to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small electronic parts according to work orders.
• Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Perform inspection and packaging of assembled units.
• Operate machinery as required for production.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with production standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• General production and assembly experience.
• Experience in machine operation and general labor.
• Skills in packaging, inspection, and packing.

Work Environment

Our facility is climate-controlled and meticulously maintained. Employees are required to wear company-supplied smocks and ESD equipment. The first shift operates from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
