If you're passionate about helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and thrive in a collaborative setting, we'd love to hear from you!Your Role:Collaborate with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.Implement treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities.Educate patients on home exercise programs and strategies to enhance recovery.Document patient progress and treatment in compliance with clinic policies and industry standards.Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional clinic environment.Qualifications:Licensure: Active Massachusetts PTA license (or ability to obtain one).Education: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.Skills & Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate and patient-focused with a team-oriented mindset.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply!
