Lead CNA / Home Care / Travel CNA

ONE (1) POSITION AVAILABLE: Guaranteed 30 hours per week! Mileage Reimbursement . Required to work every other weekend. This position will be a combination of regularly scheduled hours, lead caregiver responsibilities for opening new cases, office work and being emergency coverage for caregiver absences. The Traveling CNA will work closely with interoffice staff (schedulers, care managers and office management). MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL and have reliable transportation.

Caregiver responsibilities will include:

• Caring Companionship and Conversation

• Incidental Transportation

• Light housekeeping, Meal preparation, Medication Reminders

• Bathing, incontinence and personal care

• Hoyer lift and gait belt transfers

• CNA responsibilities 

Requirements to be a successful candidate:

• Must be compassionate, reliable, friendly and patient!

• Must have a current CNA license/Training

• Must pass a complete criminal background check, DMV Record Check

• Need to have reliable transportation

• Valid Driver's License, Vehicle Insurance and Registration

• Current TB Test (can be done after interview)

• Must have a active smart phone or device.

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Must have experience with or willing to learn higher level care skills, including Tube Feeding, Glucose Monitoring, Blood Pressure and wound care.

• Must be on time for shifts, punctual, and reliable!

• Must be able to work with all clients, including those with pets.

• Must be Available for a flexible schedule and be able to report to a shift within an hour of being called
