Who We're Looking For

You're an experienced dentist who enjoys comprehensive patient care and believes relationships matter just as much as clinical excellence.
You value collaboration, communicate well with patients, and take pride in providing exceptional treatment with honesty and integrity.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active California Dental License (or eligibility)
• 3–5+ years of clinical experience
• Strong treatment planning and comprehensive dentistry skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences

Compensation

• $ daily guarantee or 30% collections (whichever is greater) for the first six (6) months.
• After the initial six-month period, compensation transitions to:
• • 30% of collections up to $50,000 per month
  • 35% of collections on amounts exceeding $50,000 per month
• CE allowance and professional development support
