Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary students from now through June 2027. This is a full-time onsite role, working 37.5 hours per week within well-established elementary environments. You’ll play a crucial role in fostering communicative success for students at Aldo and Nicolet Elementary, where your expertise will empower young learners during a vital stage in their development.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active Wisconsin SLP License required
• Valid DPI certification from the Department of Education (must be current at time of application)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows will also be considered
• Expertise with elementary-age students and a passion for helping children reach their communication goals
• Ability to work exclusively onsite (remote/virtual options not available for this position)
• Recent school-based SLP experience preferred

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and treatment for a diverse elementary caseload
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support holistic development
• Document and report on student progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations as needed
