Pay Range: $56 - $60 per hour

We are currently hiring a part-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve patients throughout Cleveland, Ohio. This is a mobile, facility-based role ideal for experienced, autonomous providers who thrive in patient-facing environments and are passionate about improving outcomes in the skilled nursing and long-term care population.

About the Role:

As a mobile Nurse Practitioner, you'll travel to skilled nursing facilities and long-term care centers to administer IV hydration and medication therapy to geriatric patients, many of whom are "hard sticks." Our patients depend on you to be accurate, skilled, and compassionate.

This is a great opportunity for Nurse Practitioners with experience in geriatrics, post-acute care, hospital medicine, or internal medicine who are looking to transition into a more autonomous role with a consistent schedule while still making a meaningful clinical impact.

Travel Expectations:

• Daily travel to skilled nursing facilities and long-term care centers required
• Comfortable driving up to 1.5 hours one way (home every night)
• Many facilities are closer, but flexibility is key

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Prepare and mix IV solutions in accordance with clinical protocols, ensuring accuracy, sterility, and compliance with all safety standards
• Initiate and manage IV hydration and related therapies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Communicate effectively with physicians and facility staff
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and dignity of all patients
• Work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
• Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio (Required)
• Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or related) required
• Minimum 2 years of IV therapy experience
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
