Senior Project Manager

JCW is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager who wants ownership of capital equipment and technical projects from day one - not just executing someone else's plan, but shaping scope, budget, and approach for a pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Greater Allentown, PA area.

To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.

This is an engineering project leadership role ( not an IT Project Manager) in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, working across equipment, facility, and process improvement projects with real visibility to plant leadership.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical strongly preferred)
• 7+ years of engineering and project management experience in API pharmaceutical, specialty chemical, petrochemical, or other regulated process manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience leading capital projects through the full lifecycle within GMP-regulated facilities handling hazardous or regulated materials
• Hands-on experience with rotating xhyhwjd and static process equipment (pumps, compressors, agitators, reactors, vessels, heat exchangers, columns, tanks, piping systems) is a huge plus

Please note: this role cannot support visa sponsorship/transfer and is not remote. If this isn't for you but you know the right person, drop me a line at
