Expeditor/Food Runner
FMK is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Expeditor/Food Runner team, and we would love to welcome potential candidates to apply.
At FMK, we are dedicated to creating a warm, inviting environment for both our guests and our staff. Our aim is to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace where everyone feels appreciated and supported.
Expeditor/Food Runner Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the efficient flow of orders from the Front of House to the Kitchen
- Ensuring orders are being prepared with correct priority
- Assisting in the final preparations of dishes
- Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
- Deliver completed orders to the tables in a fast and efficient manner
- Use seat numbers while delivering food, no auctioning at the table
- Uphold the quality and sanitation standards.
- Transfer important information between the Kitchen and the Front of House
