Job Type: Full-Time | Base Salary: ~$425,000/year + Productivity Bonus + Partnership Track

Practice Highlights:

• Independent practice with strong affiliations to both tertiary care hospitals and local community hospitals.
\n
• Opportunity for directorship positions .
\n
• Faculty role in an ACGME-accredited program , with active involvement in teaching.
\n
• Step into a busy, well-established EP practice , supported by 8 Cardiologists and 12 providers and a thriving, organized device clinic.
\n
• Perform a full range of advanced EP procedures:
\n
• AICD/PPM implantations
\n
• Atrial fibrillation ablations
\n
• LAA closure devices
\n
• Other cutting-edge electrophysiology procedures
\n
• Comprehensive cardiovascular services:
\n
• Noninvasive, Invasive, Peripheral Vascular, Interventional, Structural Heart
\n
• Large, in-house diagnostic testing facility
\n
• Full support teams to assist with patient care.
\n
• Employed model with:
\n
• Base salary in the 99th percentile of MGMA
\n
• Productivity-based incentives
\n
• Partnership track
\n
• Institutional support for academic involvement and research , with opportunities to mentor medical residents and cardiology fellows.
\n

Minimum Requirements:

\n
• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
\n
• Completion of fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology .
\n
• Board Certified/Eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
\n
• Valid New Jersey Medical License .
\n
• Expertise in:
\n
• Managing arrhythmias
\n
• Performing ablations
\n
• Implanting cardiac devices
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
\n
• Commitment to high-quality patient care, innovation, and outcomes.
\n
