This is a Hybrid or Remote role, reporting to the Director, Marketing Campaigns in the Marketing department. A Demand Generation Manager drives revenue growth by developing and executing full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns designed to generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and expand existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell motions. They serve as a cross-functional connective tissue between Product Marketing, Sales Development, Field Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams, ensuring programs, messaging, and assets are tightly aligned to funnel stage, audience segment, and sales follow-up workflows.

Underpinning all execution is a data-driven mindset: they own campaign performance reporting, partner with analytics teams to build dashboards against core KPIs, and continuously optimize tactics based on conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
