If you've worked on ads before and can clearly explain what makes them perform, you're in the right place. We’re hiring a Creative Strategist at MakeItClick. Not looking for someone who just “writes scripts” or “comes up with ideas”. We’re looking for someone who understands how ads actually perform. Someone who: knows how to structure a concept can turn insights into creative can iterate, not just create and cares about what converts, not just what looks good You’ll be working directly on scaling DTC & SaaS brands through UGC and creative systems. This is not a CV-based role - we care more about how you think than where you worked. The questions below are designed to understand how you approach creatives, performance, and iteration.
