Guided Search Partners is seeking a Maintenance Manager for an established manufacturer in Charlotte, North Carolina. This leadership role involves overseeing maintenance operations in a busy 24/7 manufacturing environment with 16 large tonnage presses and 13 maintenance technicians. You will be responsible for driving uptime, improving maintenance execution, and playing a key part in the plant's performance and growth.
