Commercial Lines Sales Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Sales Executive to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business and managing client relationships within the commercial insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining a substantial book of business with a preference for experience in real estate or technology accounts.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $150000 - $250000 annually commensurate with experience and book of business.
- Benefits : Full benefits package available.
- Remote Work : Fully remote position with company-provided equipment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a book of business with a minimum revenue target of $750000.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients focusing on their commercial insurance needs.
- Specialize in generalist accounts with a preference for real estate or technology sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage client interactions track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and foster relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington or Oregon.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years in commercial insurance sales with a proven ability to build and manage a substantial book of business.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Soft Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strategic thinker with a client-focused approach.
