What You'll Do:

• Guiding customers through financing, leasing, protection products, and ownership options.
• Creating financing solutions that meet customer needs while supporting dealership profitability.
• Building strong partnerships with lenders to secure competitive approvals and funding.
• Delivering transparent and professional product presentations that enhance the ownership experience.
• Reviewing and finalizing deal documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintaining compliance with all state, federal, lender, and dealership requirements.
• Monitoring funding timelines and ensuring contracts move smoothly through the process.
• Working alongside sales leadership to maximize customer satisfaction and business results.
• Driving key performance metrics including product penetration, profitability, and lender performance.

What You'll Bring

Automotive F&I experience with a history of consistent production and results.

• Strong understanding of finance, leasing, lender programs, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to build trust quickly with both customers and business partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-first approach that balances experience, transparency, and profitability.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Total Rewards

$125,000 - $180,000K

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: Base/Draw/Hourly Offset and the opportunity to earn Commission/Bonus.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
