Responsibilities Include: Fostering a culture that supports the development of engaged and empowered caregivers. Working collaboratively with the Medical Director to oversee Emergency Services within the hospital. Serving as a key liaison between the Emergency and Specialty teams to ensure outstanding patient care and continuity. Supporting the Medical Director in the operational and strategic management of the ER department. Actively participating in ER doctor recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and professional development. Creating and maintaining the ER doctor schedule. Helping provide an exceptional referral partner experience and assisting with client concern resolution. Driving clinical excellence and supporting a positive, collaborative hospital culture.
