Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

Provide high-quality nursing care to stepdown patients
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

Active RN license in North Carolina
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in stepdown or critical care nursing
