Senior Interaction Designer, Google Research UX

Create clear, intuitive user flows and state behaviors. Design frameworks for human-AI collaboration.Translate research and AI model capabilities into functional, interactive prototypes using AI-assisted coding and tools.Deliver polished designs, considering layouts, motion, and interaction patterns by applying Google's material design system.Partner closely with researchers, engineers, Product Managers, and subject matter experts to translate technical constraints into intuitive user experiences.Navigate fast-moving research environments by using prototypes and designs to quickly test hypotheses and iterate based on feedback.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
