Nightingale at Arkadelphia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and support to our nursing team during weekend shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is passionate about resident care, enjoys mentoring staff, and thrives in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts : Provide guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and regulations.

• Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and regulations : Monitor resident outcomes, complete clinical rounds, and respond to resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Assist with staffing coordination and clinical decision-making : Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and make informed clinical decisions.

• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner : Foster a positive environment for residents and staff by responding promptly to concerns and addressing issues effectively.

• Complete clinical rounds and monitor resident outcomes : Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance resident care and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care : Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

• Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff : Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to help staff members grow and excel in their roles.

Qualifications:

• Current Arkansas RN license in good standing : Possess and maintain a valid RN license in the state of Arkansas.

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred : Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred, but not required.

• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred : Hold a supervisory or charge nurse role in the past, with experience leading and directing a team.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills : Possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage and coordinate care.

• Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment : Be able to work independently and make sound clinical decisions while also supporting and guiding a team.
