Lead procurement activities for raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing components. Identify, evaluate, qualify, and negotiate with suppliers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term supplier agreements. Develop sourcing metrics, KPIs, SOPs, business reviews, and reporting. Optimize procurement processes to reduce lead times and inventory costs. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks. Develop contingency sourcing strategies. Partner with Quality to ensure supplier compliance and product quality.Lead supplier evaluation, audits, and performance management. Drive supplier innovation and continuous improvement. Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives. Perform market research and monitor industry trends. Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality. Track procurement KPIs and supplier performance metrics. Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team. Drive continuous improvement across sourcing systems and procurement processes. Qualifications Needed Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 5-8 years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain leadership experience. Experience within the nutraceutical, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated manufacturing industry preferred. Strong experience negotiating supplier contracts and strategic agreements. Proven experience leading supplier management programs. Strong background developing strategic sourcing initiatives. Experience driving measurable cost savings. Strong analytical and business analysis skills. Experience optimizing supply chain performance. Proven leadership experience managing and developing procurement teams. Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements related to nutraceutical or dietary supplement manufacturing preferred. ERP procurement experience (Oracle preferred). Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional leadership skills. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
