As a Wireless Sales Representative, you will serve consumer customers in an in-store department or wireless kiosk. You will guide customers through wireless products and plans, demonstrate devices, complete sales and activations, and provide support while contributing to individual and team sales targets, customer retention, revenue, and accessory attachment goals.

 

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate wireless products and mobile devices to consumer customers.
• Recommend plans based on customer needs and complete plan selections.
• Sell devices, accessories, and related wireless products.
• Activate customer accounts and process orders accurately.
• Provide customer support and help strengthen customer retention.
• Apply effective sales techniques to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Use point-of-sale systems to process transactions and support revenue and accessory attachment goals.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in wireless sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of wireless products and mobile device technology.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Understanding of sales techniques.
• Strong communication skills.
