Engineer II - Loews Hotels Universal Orlando - AM/PM & Overnight Shift

Responsibilities Responsible for preventative maintenance, daily repairs, and meeting room, guest room, food & beverage outlets, public space and back‑of‑house maintenance requests. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in electrical/mechanical/plumbing systems and perform basic carpentry, painting, flooring, and ceiling work. Conduct ongoing room preventive maintenance program. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred. Basic English language communication skills. Basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing knowledge required. Strong mechanical background with minimal 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in maintenance‑related activity. Valid Florida Driver License preferred. Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders, and guests required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
