Key Responsibilities Process and support accounts payable activities. Perform bank account reconciliations. Complete daily and monthly general ledger reconciliations. Reconcile mortgage activity and related transactions. Prepare wires for designated intercompany activities. Prepare and post journal entries. Assist with month-end close activities and preparation of bank financial statements. Prepare various reports and complete additional accounting duties as needed. Provide backup support to the Controller for assigned functions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or 3-5 years of related experience. Ability to plan, prioritize, problem solve, and complete assignments within deadlines. Strong multitasking skills with a high degree of accuracy. Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and other computer applications. Skills and Abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to learn new applications, systems, and processes. Positive, adaptable approach to changing priorities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment. Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
