Home Care Aide (CNA/HCA) - Make a Difference in the Lives of Seniors and Vulnerable Adults

About the Role:

As a Home Care Aide (CNA/HCA), you will play a vital role in our team, providing comprehensive care to clients, including:

• Companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and light laundry
• Personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assistance with daily living activities, such as medication management and mobility

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences
• Provide exceptional care, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and comfort for clients
• Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions and comprehensive client support
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
