Candidates should have prior management experience, preferably in retail or customer service, and a high school diploma is required.

The role involves assisting the General Manager in supervising store personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Shift Supervisors must be at least 21 years old and able to pass background checks, with physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.

The position requires flexibility to work up to 40 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
