We invest in your training and career growth Supporting ownership & management team Highly rated by our customers and employees Great reputation built around loyal customer base We value work/life balance What We Offer: Medical insurance 100% covered by the employer Dental insurance Life Insurance 6 Paid holidays 40 hours of Paid Vacation 40 hours sick time 401K w/ Company match Take home company vehicle + gas card Company phone of reimbursement Employee Appreciation Events Position Summary: Service, maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential & light commercial heating and air conditioning systems Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing Work in the utility programs the company participates in as well as work on the retrofit installations as needed Excellent customer service Daily use of Service Titan our cloud-base CRM Required Qualifications: 2+ years experience in residential HVAC service Valid driver's license and insurable driving record EPA Universal Certification Nate Certifications or acquire once employed Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Experience making repair and replace decisions Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques High school diploma or its equivalent Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School desired Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
