Senior Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join their dynamic legal team in Akron, OH. This role involves representing clients in criminal defense matters in state and federal courts throughout Ohio, with the opportunity to grow a new office supported by the Indianapolis headquarters. Duties Represent clients in criminal defense cases in state and federal courts. Develop and implement legal strategies for complex cases. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Contribute to the growth and success of the Ohio office. Requirements Significant experience in criminal law, preferably in both state and federal court. Strong trial skills and business acumen. Experience as a current or former prosecutor is encouraged. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize deadlines. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active bar admission in Ohio, or ability to obtain Ohio admission promptly. Skills Strong written and oral advocacy skills. Proficiency in legal research and case management.
