About the Position

RN - ICU Flex Pool

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every other weekend required | Holiday rotation required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting as part of a flex pool
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients throughout assigned shifts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Adapt to varying unit needs and patient assignments as required by flex pool scheduling
• Adhere to all facility policies, safety protocols, and clinical standards of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current ICU clinical experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to work night shifts, every other weekend, and rotating holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a flex pool or float pool capacity
• Experience with a broad range of critical care patient populations
